The hotel has a very modern feel and the
Design of the rooms is quite appealing. The location near the WTC is a major plus for business travelers. Some maintenance issues, like the shower flooding, need attention. It was a pleasant experience.

We loved marvellous and awesome location!!
Had a fantastic stay during our business trip. Our room was not only new-fashioned, but also spotless with good lighting and comfy beds, for example. They recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Waited forever for my car, and the parking fees were hidden like a bad secret. There was flooding in my shower, and they never even bothered bringing a bath mat despite asking twice. If only I'd received even a complimentary drink for all the trouble, I might have considered a better review-too bad, huh?

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and a great vibe. Our stay was nice, especially with the thoughtful inclusion of our son's autism support dog. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyed by everyone, giving us a great start to our days in the city.
My kids wished there were more activities for families.

Perfect for business travelers
I was kinda surprised by the hotel, the location was just right for my event at WTC, only a short walk away. The breakfast was a highlight too, they served delicious churros with hot chocolate and some amazing artisanal cheese balls from the chef that I totally adored!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I mean what you get is still acceptable.

It was just a decent option for a passing visit in Mexico City with attractive and competitive value for money. The bathroom in my room had a lovely modern design that added a nice touch to my stay. Keep in mind there is no self-parking. Valet service is required.

The hotel staff showed really good kindness, going above and beyond to assist with personal needs like car troubles. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable, and the included breakfast impressed with its delicious offerings and views. Only downside was the noise from neighboring venues, which made it hard to sleep.
